Native to India and cultivated in southern Europe and California, the lemon is one of the most useful fruit in natural medicine as its properties are many. As with all citrus essential oil is obtained by cold expression of the outer part of the fruit rind.

Posology

  • External: 5 to 20 drops of essential oil of lemon sheet vertebral massage and plexus, 1 to 3 times per day.
  • Internal use: see your doctor.

Special precautions

  • Keep out of reach of young children.
  • This product can not replace a balanced diet.
  • Do not exceed the recommended dose.
  • Unless authorized, do not use during pregnancy, lactation and children under 3 years.
  • Keep away from sources of heat and light.
  • Skin irritation possible for the pure state.
  • Photo Essence sensitizing, avoid exposure to the sun after application.
